METS Precision-Tool uses a variety of 2D and 3D cad/cam Software to develop, design, and plan the layout of our dies. (see below for the full software list & details). We have the resources to build a die for any application. When high volumes of production are expected, we can build a dependable tool with longevity in mind. We can also produce low-cost tools for prototyping and sampling applications. Die protection is always on our mind, and DACO Precision-Tool can build in sensors that will help prevent costly damage to the die.
Riveting die is a sturdy and attractive way to make one part joins in custom metal . This tooling add one vibrating disk. The center small parts will be in the progressive die by vibrating disk. Here you'll find this riveting tools is easy riveting and the speed is very fast, neerly 120ps/munite.
Here at METS Precision-Tool it’s our goal to design and build our Compound Dies to exceed 100 strokes per minute to support high volume production. We can achieve this by building in sensors and other accessories to protect the die from damage. Cycle time is always kept in mind when designing and building our Compound Die tooling. We can build the die to stamp the part at the accuracy you need.
Parts are produced when the feed system pushes (strip or coil stock) of raw material into the Compound Die; at each stroke or cycle a finished flat part will blanked or released from the raw material. The feed rate of the material is determined by the size of the part. Larger parts need more time to exit the die, where smaller parts exit quicker allowing for faster run times. Typically, compound dies do not require a cut-off station because the parts are blanked through from the strip, but many times is added to help manage scrap material. Finished parts will be removed from the die by a knock-out and will fall onto a chute or slider where they flow into the collection bin. The scrap will exit the die in strip form or in piece form depending on if you’ve included a scrap cut-off station. Scrap can be collected in bins or hoppers on the exit end of the die
Designs, tests and manufactures metal stamping dies using innovative, cost-effective engineering solutions for medium to large complex tooling systems. Our manufacturing capabilities include the production of progressive dies, transfer dies, line dies and more. Custom stamping dies can be created for various applications in industries such as automotive and aerospace

To ensure the product arrives in perfect condition, we follow a standardized and secure packaging process:
Step 1: Anti-Rust Protection
Each die or metal part is tightly wrapped with PE (polyethylene) film, which provides an effective moisture-proof and rust-preventive barrier.
For additional protection, anti-rust oil may be applied to precision surfaces if required.
Step 2: Secure Outer Packaging
Items are packed in strong export-grade wooden cases.
All wooden cases are non-fumigation certified, which meets international shipping standards and ensures smooth customs clearance.
The internal space is filled with foam padding or shock-absorbing material to prevent movement and impact during transit.
Customization:
We can also provide customized packaging based on your specific requirements (e.g. logo printing, double-layer boxing, palletized shipment, etc.).
Labeling & Documentation:
Each package is clearly labeled with product name, part number, and destination address.
A packing list and shipping documents will be attached or sent electronically for easy reference.
Q1: What is your manufacturing capability?
A: We use high-precision machines such as Sodick and Charmilles for fabricating die inserts.
Our machining tolerance can reach ±0.002mm, ensuring extremely tight precision.
Q2: Can all dimensions be made according to our design or samples?
A: Absolutely. We guarantee that all dimensions will follow your drawings or samples.
Please note that the achievable dimension tolerance is ±0.003mm.
Q3: Will the stamping die be compatible with my press machine?
A: Yes. All stamping dies are custom-made according to your press machine’s specifications.
Before production begins, we will send you the die design for confirmation and approval.
Q4: What advantages do you have over other suppliers in the market?
A:
✔️ We are a stamping factory, not just a tooling supplier. We have an in-house team handling mold design, fabrication, maintenance, and stamping production. We understand how critical high-quality dies are to production efficiency.
✔️ Our engineers all have over 10 years of experience in the precision stamping industry, providing expert insight and solutions.
✔️ All die components are manufactured using slow-speed wire EDM, ensuring high accuracy and stability.
In contrast, many other suppliers use middle-speed or fast-speed EDM, which often results in lower precision and shorter mold life.
